See the lap. Then beat it.
Inman is a place to park AiM MyChron .xrz / .xrk sessions,
keep the original file, and turn GPS and channel data into something you can
actually drive from. Sign in, upload a log, and the map is your notebook:
pick a session, pick laps, and watch the line you actually took.
How it helps you get faster
Speed secrets live in small places: a late apex, a lazy throttle, a brake point that wandered two feet. Inman is built to make those places obvious.
- Compare laps on the map. Valid flying laps by default. Overlay the best lap on the one you just ran. Where the line splits, that is homework.
- Color is the coach. With sector splits, each slice of track is purple if it is the session best, green if you matched or beat the previous flying lap, red if you gave time away. No splits in the file? The whole lap uses the same language: out lap stays green, later laps go green / red / purple by lap time.
- Read the traces. The graph under the map starts on speed and RPM. Switch in lateral G, inline G, or combined G to see whether a slow corner is a grip problem, a brake problem, or just a missed line.
- Session summary first. Peak speed, distance, G, RPM, and best lap sit next to the file so you know if the run was even worth picking apart.
- Share a public session when you want another driver or a coach to open the same map without rummaging through your whole library.
A simple practice loop
- Upload the session as soon as you are off track.
- Open Valid laps, then Best, and look at where purple is not.
- Turn on lateral G through the slow corner; inline G into the heavy brake.
- Pick one corner. Next session, only that corner. Repeat.
Files stay yours unless you mark them public. Google sign-in is for your library; public traces can be browsed without an account when that option is enabled.
